Sourcer

JOB SUMMARY

Divelement is a strategic technical partner to clients. We collaborate with like-minded organizations to build and develop technologies, bringing vision to reality. The Sourcer (likely to interchange with Recruiter, Technical Recruiter) is an integral addition to Divelement’s mighty team. Not only will this Sourcer be adept in various sourcing and recruitment strategies, they will also take ownership of the recruitment process and collaborate with the People and Talent Team to scale our operations. They will support our efforts in developing recruitment and hiring best practices, and participate in continuous development, and they will share an interest in igniting a passion for self-accountability and maintaining Divelement’s status as one of the best places to work.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an enthusiastic and motivated recruiter who has a talent for identifying high-potential candidates, both passive and active. You possess extensive knowledge of ATS and talent sourcing systems and understand how to navigate them with ease. You are someone who enjoys understanding the impact and value of every position within the organization and stays curious. In this role, your duties will include Sourcing and Assessing candidates, tracking and reporting, collaborating with a cross-functional team both internal and external, and creating a phenomenal candidate experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:

• Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Engage with passive and active candidates through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline by consistently identifying and connecting with potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Technical Recruiters, hiring managers, clients, and candidates.

Applicant Tracking:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Divelement’s applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all candidate information and interview notes are documented for future reference.

Candidate Experience:

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive, informative, and helpful throughout the recruitment process.
• Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a relationship post-hire to validate the quality and skill of the hired candidate.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and preferences.
• Share knowledge and expertise on recruitment best practices with hiring teams.

Reporting:

• Provide daily reporting on the statuses of each open role to hiring managers and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at a Tech Consulting company.
• Proven track record of promptly acquiring high-quality candidates specifically in the Sofware Engineering and Tech space.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
