Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality web applications and user interfaces.
- Manage the team's workflow to effectively prioritize and execute project tasks within the scope of the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and propose innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of our development methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Utilize your extensive React expertise to architect, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
- C1 English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience (6+ years) as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React and Nextjs
- Previous experience (3+ Years) in a leadership or senior developer role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of front-end architecture, UI/UX design principles, and responsive design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, time-management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural settings
- A portfolio showcasing your previous React projects and contributions
