Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Lead the development of web-based applications using .NET
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship software solutions
Develop technical specifications and architecture documents to provide direction to the development team
Evaluate existing applications to identify areas for improvement
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical insights, and propose innovative solutions.
Manage the team's workflow to effectively prioritize and execute project tasks within the scope of the project
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless project delivery.
Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Requirements
C1 English
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
Proven experience (6+ years) as a Back-End Developer with a strong focus on .NET and SQL (Azure is a plus)
Previous experience (3+ Years) in a leadership or senior developer role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
Strong knowledge of .NET Framework
Experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus but not required
Experience working with database systems such as SQL
Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, time-management and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
