• 2 + years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with tools such as Slack, Jira, Google Suite
• Experience working in remote environments
• English: Excellent communication skills both written and spoken, C1 or C2 is a must

  How will your day-to-day look?
  • The day-to-day responsibilities of an assistant to the executive team can vary greatly depending on the specific needs and demands of the CEO and the company.
    Some of the common duties of this role would be:
  • Managing the executive team schedule and calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Answering phone calls and emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive team
  • Drafting and typing up correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Providing support during meetings, including taking minutes and preparing agendas
  • Performing research and gathering information as needed
  • Providing general support to the executive team, including running errands, making reservations, and completing other tasks as needed
  • Coordinating events and other special projects as needed.
  • The assistant may also be asked to perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
