• +3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with the Google Suite
• Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Experience with platforms like Slack, Jira, or similar
• Proficient English (essential, as you'll be in constant communication with foreign clients and the Executive Team)
• Proven previous experience
• Resilience

What will be your main activities:

• Manage the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Billing, payments, and contracts
• Support various administrative processes
• Submit expense reports in a timely manner
• Follow up on pending matters
• Reminders for important events, meetings, or appointments
• Organize and maintain up-to-date files and records

This position is managed on a fee/contractor basis.
