The Enterprise Architect will support our transformation by Helping establish and apply the Architecture framework, including standards, reference architectures, roadmaps, governance, and communication. Architecting multi-brand Enterprise ecosystem, including all architecture domains – data, application, business, and technology – across all brands and functions. They will lead and ensure the success of complex projects and serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisors to the leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop standards, reference architectures, principles, guardrails, etc. for enterprise-wide architectures.
- Capability mapping and application rationalization.
- Develop future state (enterprise and product level) roadmaps.
- Architect scalable, secure, reliable, and resilient solutions in collaboration with other architects and technical leads.
- Influence the successful implementation of these architectures by managing expectations and risks and balancing tactical and strategic approaches.
- Work with the business to understand and solve complex problems and present various solution options and technical concepts in a comprehensible manner.
- Collaborate with the delivery teams to provide direction and design in an Agile environment.
- Identify new disruptive technologies and evaluate how they could provide current and/or future business value.
- Define and guide progress toward building a cohesive ecosystem of enterprise platforms and services.
- Participate in the maturation of the Architecture practice by promoting best practices, processes, and the use of standard artifacts and checklists.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience working on complex enterprise ecosystems involving SaaS, on-prem, and cloud applications.
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Working time zone: Overlap with CT and PT (USA)
